carpathian_2003_19_141_146In this paper we defined the Stancu bivariate operator obtained by the tensorial product of parametric extensions (1.5) and (1.6). In the last part of the paper is established quantitative estimations of a function f ∈ C([0, 1] × [0, 1]) by the polynomial.
